How to Return

How and where to Return:

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:  

  1. Login to your account at Click here
  2. Select the 'Returns' option relating to the order you wish to send back, in the order history section of your account page on our website. Give your reasons for the return in the box provided, and enter any other details as required.
  3. Request a return
  4. Once the return request is authorized, we can authorize the return and you can ship the item back to us at the following address quoting the Order Number

Where to Return:

Address to use to Return the Item, once the return has been authorised. (We insist you to use the tracked/signed for return services so that you have a proof of return.)

In case if you would like to drop the return item, please let us know the time and day, our office hours are 10 am to 5 pm (Monday-Friday) for any return to accept. Please book a prior appointment to drop the item so that we can let our warehouse manager know
that a return is authorized and booked. 

We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your refund ( Generally within 24 hours of the returned item received). For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
